Zaia Joudo
Zaia joined the renowned team at McMahon Real Estate in 2017 after a diverse work life from Paving and Concreting to Underground Mining and Warehousing.
After getting married in 2013 and having two children by 2016 it was time to settle into a career that will benefit his young growing family. Brian and Rosanne welcomed Zaia to the team and it was the career and direction that would set off the start of a newfound natural talent.
Growing up with four sisters has allowed Zaia to develop communication and negotiation skills that just cannot be taught. This has made the change to a career as Sales Agent in Real Estate seamless and rewarding. Coupled with the direction and mentorship from Brian, he is well on his way to achieving great awards in the future.
After 6 years in the Industry, Zaia is quickly making a name for himself as a trusted and honest agent with an unwavering focus on achieving the best possible outcome with every sale. Bringing all his work and life experience to the role, he is relatable and yet keen to hear about and learn from his clients’ experiences and current situation to fully understand their reasons for selling and what their desired outcome will be.
Now as Director of McMahon Real Estate, Zaia's focus on world class communication and client relations is at the forefront, to create a memorable experience when dealing with McMahon Real Estate.
If I were asked to sum up our dealings with McMahon real estate in one word, I would use the word integrity. The team was totally trust worthy from beginning to end. They were competent, friendly, helpful, providing the best service we could ever hope for. No, in truth it was better than what we could have hoped for. And underlying everything they did, was the knowledge that they would care for us and the new buyer with total honesty and as I mentioned integrity. From simple suggestions on the house prior to sale, to the photos, which by the way were phenomenal, right through to the return of some unused advertising money (because the house sold so quickly) they were incredible. If I ever had to sell or buy a house again there is absolutely no one I would turn to other than this team. Well done to each and every one of you, you are amazing.
