Growing up in Bruce Rock and Collie, Brian McMahon began his work life as an apprentice armament fitter in the RAAF. After nine years at postings in Wagga Wagga, Richmond and Williamtown, New South Wales, Brian left the Air Force and returned to “civvy street” in Western Australia. After careers in sales and owning and operating a small business Brian decided to try his hand at real estate and joined the Roy Weston group in 1987.

Brian’s flair and skill for real estate was quickly evident and he almost immediately began to win sales competitions and receive awards for his high level of sales and service to owners.

Brian was soon promoted to Sales Manager and then Branch Manager and then purchased and operated a Roy Weston franchise until he established The McMahon Real Estate Company in 1991.

Since 1991 Brian has taken his business from a small operation to a multi-million dollar business. Brian has worked for many years with Dr. Fred Grosse, an international coach to real estate superstars in Australia, New Zealand and the United States of America, and Bob Bohlen - recognised as one of the top salespeople in the world.

At the start of 2023, Brian passed the banner to Zaia Joudo who continues to provide world class excellence in real estate.
